Potatoes – finely chopped 2-3 medium sized (thinly sliced ​​potatoes will cook quickly)
Onion – 1 small finely chopped
Cumin – 1 tsp
Asafoetida powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp or as per taste
Mustard oil – 1 tbsp (you can use any oil but we like mustard oil more in this)
Salt – as per taste
Optional Ingredients

Green chili – 1 finely chopped (if adding green chili then add less red chili powder)
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp finely chopped
Amchur powder – 1/2 tsp
How to make Aloo Bhujia

First of all, cut the potato and onion into fine long pieces as shown in the photo. Take out all the spices too.

Now take oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, put cumin seeds in it. When cumin seeds are roasted, then add asafoetida to it. Now add chopped potatoes in it. Add potatoes and mix well.

Fry the potatoes for 3-4 minutes. When the potatoes are slightly roasted (when the sides of the potatoes become light brown), then add all the dry spices (turmeric, coriander powder, red chili powder, mango powder, salt) to it. Now mix the spices and cook the potatoes for 2-3 minutes. cover for

Open it after 2 minutes. If the potatoes have become 60%, then now put onion in it and after mixing it well, cover it again for 2-3 minutes. Note: Do not stir the potatoes too much else they will break and get mashed.
